Unigram®
Unigram® is an article applied for protecting goods from substitute and counterfeit. Unigram® is based on the patented technology of creation of polarized latent images applied on a reflecting holographic surface which become visible in broad daylight via polaroid glass. Unigram® is made in the form of self adhesive labels of various forms and dimensions, laminated materials and foil for hot stamping and cold stamping.
The Facility makes it possible to rapidly determine identity of protected goods by way of on-site visual assessment by a customer or by expert laboratory-based methods of authenticity assessment. Such authenticity assessment is effected by means of an authenticity identifier. Through a polaroid glass a customer can observe bright images against dark blue background.
All latent images can be customized, contain a hidden non-recurrent identification number, a two-dimensional code, textual and (or) graphic data, or any other customer’s marking.
Unigram® is noted for its high immunity to galling, exposure to temperature extremes, high humidity while preserving its aesthetic appeal.
Latentogram®
Latentogram® is applied for protecting goods from substitute and counterfeit. Luminescent polarized latent images
All luminescent polarized latent images are applied for counterfeit protection of products (goods) with a view to conduct professional expert assessment.
A latent image is visualized through a special Loupe instrument, 1003МУ viewing lens. The mode of operation of the Instrument is based on additional illumination of images by UV light with concurrent use of inline Polaroid glass. Such luminescent polarized latent images may be used jointly with Latentogram® and Unigram® polarized latent images.
Such latent images may be customized, contain a hidden non-recurrent and variable identification number, textual and graphic data. Such articles possess high adhesive properties and resist to exposure to temperature extremes. They are based on the results of longstanding investigations in the field of chemistry, physics, optics and polarity effects.
Type А
A security-and-identification seal is a single-use protective element with a latent image visible by means of an authenticity identifier. It is intended for detecting any facts of opening or unauthorized access to articles which cannot be protected by conventional means. A major dissimilarity from similar holographic and polygraphic self-destructing seals is the availability of a polarized latent image.
The offered technology makes it possible to manufacture security-and-identification seals possessing the self-destructing capability in case of their removal. A self-destructing mechanism is based on the separation effect, i.e. where a seal is tried to be removed with its random destruction a latent image changes its color. A seal cannot be removed without causing damage to it. Where a seal comes unstuck any remaining info layers cannot be removed. It is not possible to restore an original appearance of the seal. Each seal may be applied a non-recurrent identification number, a hidden one inclusive, or another customer marking, including a logo and a bar code. Such facilities are possessing high adhesive properties and can resist to exposure to temperature extremes.
Type B
A security-and-identification seal is a protective element intended for detecting any facts of opening or unauthorized access to the facilities which cannot be marked by conventional means. Where the seal is tried to be opened it will leave imprint in the form of a text, logo or a picture in a sealed surface at its partial or complete removal.
The Company’s specialists have specially developed a wide range of materials making it possible to take into account specific features of each (products). A seal may bear various identification signs: individual glueline destruction in the form of a customer logo, text and other graphic elements, a non-recurrent identification number, a hidden one inclusive, and other customer markings, a bar code and branding inclusive. At indication all materials applied may leave a glueline either partially or completely, or leave the surface clean, without visible traces.
Such protective element possesses high adhesive properties and can resist to exposure to temperature extremes.
Type C
A sealing indicator tape is a protective indicator element in the form of a punch tape having a sticky multilayer structure.
Such tape is intended for checking the authenticity of goods, as well as for detecting any facts of opening or unauthorized access to articles which cannot be marked by conventional means. In addition to it such sealing indicator tape may bear various colors and may be used for convenient grading of commodities at warehouses.
Each section of a reference tape is separated by perforation holes, which makes it possible to separate an optimum part with no additional aids and appliances. The tape is stuck to any control section, including those having rough, granulated surfaces or any projections. Where the tape is tried to be removed an indicator inscription appears which can be visualized and preserved at repeated sticking.
Any usage of the materials manufactured by individual orders of customers makes it possible to apply on an indicator tape a broad list of identification signs, hidden ones inclusive: an identification number, individual destruction of a glueline in the form of a logo, text and other design elements.
The protective element possesses high adhesive properties and can be operated at high temperature extremes.
Protection of mercantile labels
The protection of mercantile labels is a unique innovation protection method intended for protection of textile goods manufacturers from counterfeit.
It is implemented by way of applying polarized latent images in the form of Latentogram® or Unigram® on tissue labels.
The availability of a latent image on tissue labels will make it possible for all the persons concerned with a view to identify authenticity of products to carry out simple visual authenticity assessment at points of sales, as well as apply more sophisticated expert laboratory methods for authenticity assessment. Through a polaroid glass a customer can observe bright images against dark blue background. Any latent images may be customized and contain textual or graphic data, including customer marking, a logo and two-dimensional code inclusive.
The application of such technologies makes it possible to guarantee authenticity of goods and create unique design solutions which will improve a producer image and establish customer trust.
Blister foil protection
Blister foil protection is a unique innovation method intended for counterfeit protection of the pharmaceuticals. It is implemented by way of applying a polymeric layer – Latentogram® (a latent image) on a blister foil.
Latentogram® is not changing a packing exterior and owing to this it is not required to re-register drugs at public agencies and certification bodies. The applied polymeric layer (Latentogram®) causes no impact on the indicators of the blister foil microbiological quality.
The availability of Latentogram® on a blister foil makes it possible for all the persons concerned with a view to identify authenticity of products to carry out simple visual authenticity assessment at points of sales, as well as apply more sophisticated expert laboratory methods for authenticity assessment. The inspection at points of sales is carried out by means of an authenticity identifier. Through a polaroid glass a customer can observe bright images against dark blue background. Any latent images may be customized and contain textual or graphic data, including customer marking, a logo and UID inclusive. In this way, all manufacturers are given an opportunity to create unique design solutions.
Latentogram® withstands temperatures of up to 200°С. The application of such technologies will make it possible for all producers involved in the pharmacological industry to guarantee for their customers the authenticity of the products produced thereby and this will cause their credibility.
